Typically we would return the key through the letter box at the end of the service in a secure manner this is assuming you have a spare key, unless you are using a partner key management company then we would return the key to that company and notify you. If this is not the case we would on a Full Day booking expect you to return home to collect you key in person. We can be flexible to your specific request please email info@beehome.co to discuss further. Some suggest options are below: • Arrange for a time that is convenient to drop the key of in person. • Key returned to a different location we can do that too.

The house sitter just needs a place to sit and they are a freelancer so they will work whilst they work for your delivery or trades person. During this time they will manage the item / delivery and contact and notify you as is neccessary. They 100% will not go looking around the house or any other untrustworthy activities.
